Terms and Conditions


1) We do not do refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless the item received is defected and we are out of stock for an exchange piece

2) If the item received is defected, kindly enclose a picture of the defect via email within 3 days after receiving your item.

3) Exchange can only be done for a similar item. If Item is out of stock, customers may exchange for another item of similar pricing. Top up will be required if the exchange item is of a higher price. Excess will be refunded for lower price exchange item.



1) We will not be held responsible for lost parcels/damaged mailed-out items should you not opt for registered mail.

2) Prices are non-negotiable and subject to change without notice.

3) We do not do reservation of items more than 24 hrs, after which the item will be passed to the next interested buyer.

4) We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may be resulting from any of the following examples:
- the product ordered being unavailable
- Our inability to obtain authorization of payment
- The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion.

**We will take all reasonable care within our power to do so, to keep the details of your orders and payments secure.However, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you have provided upon making orders with us.


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
